Michael Alden, Esq., has over 15 years of experience in Direct Response Marketing. Starting his career in DR customer service while in law school, Michael moved onto call center sales and quickly became a sales manager before being promoted to General Counsel, a position he held for over 4 years. In 2009 Michael founded Blue Vase Marketing, LLC based on the values taught in the book The Go Getter and under his direction, Blue Vase Marketing, LLC has grown to be a premier Direct Response firm. In addition to the day-to-day management of the company, he appears as Michael Alden, host and Direct Response marketing expert on infomercials seen around the globe. Michael is the author of the bestselling book Ask More Get More, a self help guide that teaches people how to ask for more and get more out of life. He also wrote 5% More a national bestseller that shows people how small changes can have an extraordinary impact on one’s life. Michael has also been awarded by the Boston Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 honoree in recognition of his leadership and significant civic and economic impact in the Boston area, and the Future 50 Award by Smart CEO Magazine. Shauna Favalora is a skilled manager who leads all aspects of Blue Vase Marketing operations. With over 10 years of experience in the Direct Response industry, Favalora is an invaluable member of the leadership team providing oversight to all facets of the Blue Vase Marketing enterprise.  Favalora worked for ten years in law firms throughout the North Shore and Boston. In her management career, she has provided administrative legal support for everything from Medical Malpractice to Commercial Real Estate Closings. Favalora graduated valedictorian from Marian Court College.

Jason Bernabei has been in the Direct Response industry for over 15 years. During his career he has worked extensively on both the product marketing and service sides of the business. Jason began his DR career in Beverly, MA working for a leading DRTV marketing company, developing and managing campaigns that generated over $500 Million in sales. He has worked with various DR groups to become an industry leader in the areas of marketing, media and call center services. Jason brings a deep understanding of media, DR strategy and call center operations to every Blue Vase Marketing managed campaign and works closely with every client to maximize campaign success. He focuses on the promotion and growth of the company as well as client management and product development. Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts.

Jeff Jackson brings a unique blend of financial and corporate expertise to our growing operation. As an experienced negotiator and strategist, Jackson is involved with every aspect of Blue Vase operations. He has over 10 years of Direct Response experience in operations and has been involved in nearly every phase of the DR business. Jackson’s focus on the financial operations of Blue Vase Marketing is guided by this combination of finance training and experience as well as his understanding of the entire Direct Response process from concept to doorstep. Prior to his involvement in Direct Response, Jackson was the General Manager of a Harley-Davidson dealership and the Controller of a top country club during which time it hosted a PGA Championship.  Jackson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from Roosevelt University.

Christopher J. Meusel has over 20 years of Information Technology experience. After spending time at State Street Bank working with mortgage software, he moved to cloud computing, building multi-million dollar e-commerce, CRM and data management tools for companies like Goldman Sachs, BCG, Paramount Pictures, Smart Bargains and Publisher’s Clearinghouse. Meusel then began building Sales Platforms and Call Center software and now has 9 years experience in Direct Response Marketing technology. He is fluent in most programming languages and databases, and is an integration expert that understands the technology needs of Media, Marketing, Sales and Fulfillment departments as well as how to architect databases and user interfaces.  Meusel holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Media Communications from Framingham State University.

Attorney Garrett Miller is Blue Vase Marketing LLC Corporate Counsel and Head of Quality Assurance and Legal Compliance. He is a licensed member of the Massachusetts State Bar and a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel. Miller, formerly an in-house Staff Attorney with a large direct response company, worked for a number of years on the production side of various television and film projects before spending three years in the legal affairs department of a major motion picture studio in New York City. He is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Miller holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Media from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Communications.

Mike Papadopoulos has been with the Blue Vase Marketing team for more than 3 years and brings over 25 years of experience in the logistics, distribution, production and supply chain management fields, including 8 years of experience in the Direct Response industry. Papadopoulos has managed the fulfillment and production operations for various industries leaders to include high tech manufacturing, 2 start-up desktop software development companies, not for profit company and 3 big box retail companies.
